Pets must be attended at all times. Pets must be leashed at all times and kept quiet and under control. Pets should never be tied to anything and should not be in pens, cages, or kennels without prior approval. Pet accidents must be cleaned immediately. Please use our pet areas so that we can keep our lawns and grounds beautiful for all our guests. Pets may be off a leash inside the designated, fenced pet area. Management reserves the right to require any guest to remove a misbehaving pet or to vacate their site if the pet is a nuisance to other.

Check-in is at 2:00PM, and check-out is at 11:00AM. Stayovers must be requested and paid for by 10AM and will be granted based on space availability (a full daily rate will be charged for late departures). The park speed limit is 10mph for all vehicles. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Visitors must register at the office. Only well-kept RVs are allowed at the Resort. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to vehicles not meeting the Resort standard. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. All drivers must have a valid drivers license. Please display your vehicle site permit while in the Resort. Waste connections must be airtight. Motorized bikes may only be used for transportation in and out of the Resort. Only registered guests may use the Resort facilities. The Resort assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss of property. Please be aware that there is Poison Oak near the creek. Management reserves the right to require any guest to vacate the Resort for any behavior that disturbs other guests.

No one under the age of 16 may use the pool or spa area without and accompanying adult present. Children 14 and under are not allowed in the spa. Toys of any kind are not allowed in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Rules posted in the pool area must be observed at all times. Adult swim times are strictly enforced.

Open fires are not permitted. Tent camping or sleeping on the ground are not permitted. Carpets or mats of any kind are not permitted on the lawns. Clotheslines are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in any of the Resort facilities. Washing of RVs, oil changes, and repair work are not permitted (If you find an oil leak, let the office know, and we will provide an absorbent pad). Storage under RVs or vehicles is not permitted. Skateboards and other rolling toys without braking capabilities are not permitted. Fire codes prohibit parking on the streets of the Resort, and parking in vacant sites is not permitted. Campers removed from trucks are not allowed.
